Consultation Fees

NHS

I provide fee-free NHS care at Northern General Hospital, Sheffield, including outpatient clinics, inpatient reviews, and invasive coronary procedures such as angiography and angioplasty/stent. All patients must be referred by their general practitioner (GP) or by another specialist at an NHS provider trust. Please be aware that Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust operates a pooled referral system, so although your GP can request an individual consultant such as myself, you may be seen by one of my colleagues.

Private Health Insurance

For those wishing to request a private consultation or treatment, I am recognised by the major health insurance companies, including BUPA, AXA PPP, Vitality, Aviva, Aetna and WPA. My private practice is based at Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital and Thornbury Hospital Sheffield, but I also offer remote consultation to those who may find it difficult to travel.

Self-Pay

I am available to see self-paying patients at Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital, Thornbury Hospital Sheffield, or via remote consultation.

My fees for consultation are as follows:

 

First Consultation Appointment: £250

Subsequent Consultation Appointments: £150

 

 Please note that the fees above cover my consultation only and do not include any tests or investigations that may be required or recommended as part of your assessment and treatment. Additional charges will be payable directly to the clinic or hospital that provides the tests/investigations/procedures.
